Finally

I'm finally getting started on my mom's birthday present. I have 2 weeks to get it done and 25 pages I want to work on. So, if I complete 2 pages a day I'll have it done by her 60th birthday. I'm just waiting on some letters and ribbons and fibers to arrive. It's really frustrating that our LSS doesn't carry enough products. So, I have to rely on the online stores and the post office. But, at least I'm started and on my way to complete my first album. Finally.......

So darn cute

So darn cute! We had a few minutes to spare before everyone arrived for Mirnada's 3rd birthday party. I can't believe Calee sat still long enough and with a hat on to boot! And I can't believe Miranda mimicked Calee's paws with her hands. I just can't get over how darn cute this picture is. The party was fun and went by so quickly. All that planning and preparing and it was over in a blink. It was so great to see all of our friends from Broward again. We miss them all and are going to try to get down there at least once a month to see them.
So, my baby isn't a baby anymore, she's 3! What a big girl and.......so darn cute!

Yesterday we took Miranda to the doctor's because she's had this thing going on for 2 weeks now. The cough, congestion, runny, stuffy nose, etc. They took blood work and he said she is on the borderline of a bacterial infection. He doesn't want to jump to give her an antibiotic so we're trying a homeopathic approach. (This is one of the reasons why I love this man and why we continue to drive to Broward) Anyhow, he wrote her a scrip for albuterol to open up her bronchioles and help her breath. He also told us to put her on Umcka (which I already had at home). He wrote her a scrip for an antibiotic just in case this doesn't clear up by next week. Hopefully it will......I don't like antiobiotics. So we get home and guess what, I get a fever and aches and pains and chills.........UGH!!!!
